Doorframe Pec Stretch

Focus:

  • Placing a bent elbow in the doorframe to avoid unnecessary pressure on the shoulder joint

  • Moving only to the point of feeling a stretching sensation, not to the point of pain (*You can over stretch just as much as you an under stretch*)

Suggested Frequency:

30 sec per position, per side – 3 times a day

Who should perform this?

Individuals with rolled forward shoulders, trapezius tension, shoulder blade instability and other shoulder related injuries.
