90-90 Dynamic Core Brace

Focus:

  • Prerequisite is to be able to hold a 360 degree core brace around the mid section with the legs unsupported in the “90-90” position

  • Maintain a core brace anytime the legs are moving and avoid letting the hips rock forward or back

Suggested Frequency:

Perform 8-10 taps per leg, 2-3 times a day or every other day

Who should perform this?

Everyone! A core brace that can be maintained in during dynamic movement is important for injury prevention and performance
