Supine neck range of motion
Focus:
Place a rolled up towel or yoga mat on the floor or on you mattress.
Lay over it so the roll supports the natural curve of your neck.
Allow neck to relax over the roll for 1-2min
Perform side to side rotations and "nose around the clock" motions in both directions
Suggested Frequency:
10 reps in either direction per move. Perform 1-2 times a day.
Who should perform this?
Individuals with neck tension or limited range of motion.
